STEP 1 – Come and meet us

Start by getting to know us and enjoy some coffee on us. Tell us your goals, budget, location and styles you’re after -- and get a sense that, “this is the builder we want for our new home”.

STEP 2 – Talk through the details

Meet with Troy and the Tru-Built staff to start discussing the details for your new home – including your needs, designs, finishes, budget and overall direction. Build a degree of comfort that ‘we’re the builder for you’ and together let us help you build the dream home you’re envisioning.

STEP 3 – Price Estimate

After you’ve met with us in step #2, we’ll go to work pricing out what you can expect with the budget you’ve provided – and allowances for kitchen, flooring and lighting.

STEP 4 – Legal Agreement

The next step is finalizing the following items:

  • Design plan with customer changes
  • Financing confirmation
  • Sign off on Tru-Built legal agreement
  • Deposit on agreement

 

STEP 5 – Construction

Our staff will set into motion the process to secure plans and permits. We’ll also meet with you to finalize exterior brick and other key details. You’ll be able to schedule appointments to view progress at each stage of construction.

STEP 6 – Pre-Delivery Inspection

Our construction staff carefully inspects your home before it is ready to be turned over. We then take you through your orientation and go over a room by room inspection in accordance with the Tarion Warranty program.

STEP 7 – Service

After you have taken possession of your new home, our service team will be ready to assist you should any issues arise in the coming weeks or months.
